PCR1987072APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY FIREWORKS STANDS
RESOLUTION tP.C. 72-87
W#EWE4S, Annette Beuthin of D & A Fireworks Company has
petltioned to allow an 8' X 12' temporary fireworks stand and for
four (4) plastic 2' x 3' signs one to be placed on each of the
four sides of the stand, and
WHEREAS, The stands shall be located on the parking lot at
the Sentry Food Store, S74 W16890 Janesville Road and House of
Homes, S63 W13131 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, These stands would be in operation from June 7 to
July 7, 1987 and the time of operation would be from 9:OO A.M. to
9:OO P.M. seven days a week.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commlsslon approve
the two temporary stands and slgnage to be located at the Sentry
Food Store and House of Homes parking lot under the following
cond it ions :
1. That the stands will not be placed on the right of way
or in the visual setback area.
2. That the stands and signs be removed from the above
premises by July 8, 1987.
3. The the required signage for each stand shall not
exceed 8 square feet in area at each location.
