APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
RESOLUTION Y.P.C. 70-87
NU 1/4 SECTION 12-KURER
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide four parcels of land in
the NW 1/4 of Section 12, and
WHEREAS, These lots range from approximately seven to 15
acres in size, and
WHEREAS, These lots are zoned L (Lowland) and meet the
requirements of that zoning district, and
WHEREAS, All four lots are platted to abut a public road by
utilizing a minimum 30' wide strip of property, and
WHEREAS, The lots show a 70' drainage easement on all lots.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for a four parcel division of the NW 1/4
of Section 12 subject to the report from the engineers.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That deed restrictions will be
placed on all eleven lots requiring that no lot will be redivided
to establish a new home site.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proposed parkway going
through the lots in this NW 1/4 of Section 12 will be eliminated.
