RESOLUTION #P.C. 69-87
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
NW 1/4 SECTION 12-KURER
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide four lots in the NW 1/11
of Section 12, and
WHEREAS, The sketch was approved in I1P.C. 50-87, and
WHEREAS, The sketch and the survey show a 60' strip of land
and a 70' drainage easement along the west lot line of parcel 4,
and
WHEREAS, This area is zoned RS-2 and these lots meet the
requirements of that zoning.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map subject to the engineers report and
recommendations.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That deed restrictions will be
placed on all eleven lots requiring that no lot will be redivided
to establish a new home site.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proposed parkway going
through the lots in this NW 1/11 of Section 12 will be eliminated.
