APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
RESOLUTION #P.C. 68-87
NW 1/4 SECTION 12-RURER
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide three lots and an outlot
in the NW 1/11 of 12, and
WHEREAS, Lots 1,2,& 3 are in the RS-2 zoning and the outlot
in the WF zoning is considered as part of Lot 3, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in #PC 50-87 approved the
sketch, and
WHEREAS, The divisions follow the sketches approved, and
WHEREAS, The fees have all been paid.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map subject to the engineers report.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That deed restrictions will be
placed on all eleven lots requiring that no lot will be redivided
to establish a new home site.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proposed parkway going
through the lots in this NW 1/11 of Section 12 will be eliminated.
