APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY FIREWORKS STANDS
Pick
and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to pitch a fireworks tent at the
& Save store and at Highway 36 and 00 at Gene's Club Durham,
WHEREAS, These tents will be used as stands to sell
fireworks, and
WHEREAS, These stands would be in operation from June 4 to
July 5, 1987.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the two tents with 8 square feet of signage each to be located at
the Pick & Save store and Gene's Club Durham under the following
conditions :
1. That the tents will not be placed on the right of way
or in the visual setback area.
2. That the tents and signs be removed from the above
premises by July 8, 1987.
