WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 12' X 20' utility
building, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned RS3 requiring 10' and 15'
offsets, and
WHEREAS, This shed conforms to the ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
architecturally approve the second garage structure for Diane and
Lauren Winsor at W156 ST782 Ladwig Drive.
