IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE-SATELLITE DISHES
WHEREAS, The FCC has limited the authority of the City to
regulate the size, location and placement of satellite dishes,
and
WHEREAS, This was outlined in a memo to the Plan Commission
in May, 1986, and
WHEREAS, Our ordinance regulates satellite dishes as to
height, size and screening, and
WHEREAS, The local ordinance must be broadened so that
these regulations do not differentiate between satellite dishes
and other types of signal receiving antennae.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommends to the Common Council to repeal Ordinance /I508 adopted
on November 13, 1984.

SECTION 17:4.05 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
(Satellite Dishes)
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN, DO
Code i3 hereby amended to create the following subsection:
SECTION 1 : Chapter 17, Section 17:4.05 of the Municipal
17:4.05(2) Satellite Dishes. Subject to Plai- Commission
approval, satellite dishes may be permitted as
accessory use in any district provided it does
not exceed 15’ in height and is located within
particular district. In no case shall it be
