PCR1987062RECOMMENDING TO COMMON COUNCIL TO AMEND RESOLUTION #P.C. 62-87 LAND DIVISION ORDINANCE WHEREAS, On February 12, 1987, the Plan Commission stated that certain sections of the land division ordinance be amended, and WHEREAS, Section 2.4, existing substandard lots be amended to require that all property owners within 100' of the perimeter of any property requesting legal lot status be notified, and WHEREAS, Section 5.3 states that if an error for an interior line of the plat is greater than the ratio of one part in 5,000, and WHEREAS, The maximum error of closure on an exterior plat or survey differs from the state requirement, and WHEREAS, In section 10.3 it is further recommended to amend the survey map review fee to lower the amount from $75.00 to $50.00 and to add the statement the additional administrative fee will be paid as in Section 10.8. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend to the Common Council that the land division ordinance in section 2.4, 5.3 and 10.3 be amended as suggested above.
