SW 1/4 SECTION 32-J-P INVESTMENT/SCHULER
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a nine lot subdivision of
Lot 11 in McLaughlin's Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted for lots
b 1 through 'I, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission had previously approved a four
parcel division of this land in Resolution #P.C. 51-87.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for a four parcel division in the SW 1/4
of Section 32 and recommend approval to the Common Council
conditioned upon receipt of $800.00 park dedication fee and
subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section 10 of
the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
