RESOLUTION #P.C. 59-87
NW 1/4 SECTION 15 - PELLMAN
WHEREAS, It is proposed to create a one (1) parcel division
of the Pellman property in the NW 1/4 Section 15, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned RS3 which requires 15,000
square foot lots with sewer, and
WHEREAS, The sewer and road assessments on Kurtze Lane have
been deferred, and
WHEREAS, A previous certified survey map was approved for a
lot within this same area and has been withdrawn.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch and will be receptive to a certified survey map and
$200 park dedication fee along with the city engineers approval
and the resolution of the sewer and road assessment.
