PCR1987058APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE & OPERATION PLAN LA CASA APARTMENTS RESOLUTION ~P.c. 58-87 W#BWE4S, The Common Council has approved the zoning from RSM to RSM/OPD in concept, and WHEREAS, The problem of the pond previously approved by the Plan Commission in Resolution I1P.C. 166-88 has been resolved by DNR and the Corp of Engineeers, and WHEREAS, In Resolution #P.C. 98-86, the Plan Commission required enclosed garage and storage space, and WHEREAS, This plan calls for a one car garage for each unit and one outside parking area for each unit, and WHEREAS, Nine buildings are proposed each to contain twelve (12) two bedroom apartments for a total of 108 residential units and the building design will be the same as previously submitted. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the building, site and operation plan as submitted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is conditioned on the following: 1) That a survey be submitted of Lions Park Drive extended through the property. 2) That the sidewalk be shown on the cross section and be made a part of the site plan. 3) That a developers agreement be submitted. 4) Payment of the park dedication fees.
