APPROVAL 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE-MUETZELBURG
WHEREAS, A permit had been issued for a 10' X 12' building,
and
WHEREAS, An inspection and determination was made that the
structure was larger than the 10' X 12' interior measurements and
the added porch making the building larger than 120 square feet,
and
WHEREAS, Structures larger than 120 square feet must adhere
to the offsets and setbacks for this RSA/OPD district, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission must architectually approve
all structures over 120 square feet as 2nd garage structures, and
WHEREAS, a 4' offset variance is being requested of the
Board of Appeals.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
architecturally approve this log structure subject to the Board
of Appeals granting the necessary variance.
