SUBURBAN HEIGHTS
RESOLUTION #P.C. 56-87
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for 61 lots has been submitted
for Suburban Heights in the SE 1/4 Section 5, and
WHEREAS, This property is owned by Clarence Froelich and is
zoned RS2, and
WHEREAS, All of the State and County objecting agencies
have received a copy of the preliminary plat, and
WHEREAS, Lots 23 through 27 are in the wetland district,
and
WHEREAS, Chapter 7.6 of the land division ordinance states
the corner lots should be designed with at least 10' of extra
width over and above the minimum requirement for the zoning
district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the preliminary plat of Suburban Heights in the SE 1/4 Section 5
subject to removing lots 23 through 27 and widening the corner
lots to at least average width of 120'.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is contingent
upon all the objecting agencies concerns being resolved.
