APPROVAL OF THE USE OF A TEMPORARY ASPHALT PLANT
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a temporary asphalt plant
on the northwest corner of Crowbar Road and Highway 24 on what is
known as the State Sand and Gravel property, and
WHEREAS, This second plant is only to be used from 4 to 6
weeks during the summer, and
WHEREAS, An accessory road would be

specifically approve the use of a second asphalt plant from 4 to
6 weeks as an extended accessory use which in their opinion does
not constitute a sufficient change or expansion to the
conditional use grant to require a public hearing.
