RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF REZONING
NU 1/4 SECTION 11 - KURER
WHEREAS, The Common Council has received a petition to
rezone 20 acres in the NW 1/4 Section 11 from RS2 to RSM (multi-
family), and
WHEREAS, The Highway Width Map shows a parkway extending
from Moreland Road to Durham Road through this property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommends approval to the Common Council to rezone the property
in the NW 1/11 Section 11 from RS2 to RSM (multi-family).
