REFERRAL OF SKETCH TO CITY ENGINEERS FOR LAND DIVISION
RESOLUTION bP.C. 50-87
NW 1/4 SECTION 12 - KURER
WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted for a 12 parcel
division of land in the NW 1/11 of Section 12, and
WHEREAS, This land lies within the wetland and floodplain
area which may affect the drainage in the development, and
WHEREAS, Much of the land is in a secondary environmental
corridor.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch and would be receptive to a certified survey map for a
land division in the NW 1/11 Section 12.
