WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a home on Lot 139. in
Lake Meadows Subdivision which abut the park, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission is to approve all landscape
plans on lots abutting the park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the landscape plan as submitted.
