RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAN
LAKE BRITTANY ESTATES ADDITION #1
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat has been submitted for approval
for Lake Brittany Estates Addition #l, and
WHEREAS, The sketch was approved in Resolution #P.C. 15-87,
and
WHEREAS, The preliminary plat has been submitted to all
objecting agencies and these agencies have responded.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the preliminary plat providing that all the objecting agencies
concerns are resolved.
