DANDELION PARK
W#p,Rp,A%, The Common Council has received a petition to
rezone the property known as Dandelion Park from RS3 with an OLR
overlay to RS3/B2, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to rezone to B2 along Janesville
Road for commercial development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommends approval to the Common Council for rezoning of the
property known as Dandelion Park in that the overlay zoning (OLR)
be removed, the basic RS3 zoning remain and that the property
along Janesville Road be rezoned to B2 which will permit the
commercial use development.
