APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
PELLMANN - NW 1/4 SECTION 15
W#EWEA%, A certified survey map has been submitted for a
division of land in the NE 1/11 and the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/11 of
Section 15, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a one parcel division
form a newly established Kurtze Lane, and
WHEREAS, This area is zoned RS3 and the lot conforms to the
district, and
WHEREAS, The sewer assessment on Kurtze Lane has been
deferred.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council conditioned upon receipt of $200.00 park dedication fee
10 and subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section
of the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers and conditioned upon sewer availability of the lot
