IOVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

RESOLUTION ~P.c. 99-87
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a parcel of land in the
NE 1/11 of Section 2 into two (2) parcels, and
WHEREAS, The Pian Commission had previously approved a four
parcel division of this land in P.C. 5-87, and
WHEREAS, It was ascertained that the two parcels west of
the creek could not be served by sewer, and
WHEREAS, It is now proposed to divide the same land into
two parcels.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Pian Commission approve
the certified survey map for a two parcel division in the NE 1/11
of Section 2 and recommend approval to the Common Council
conditioned upon receipt of $200.00 park dedication fee and
subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section 10 of
the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
