RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF REZONING
NU 1/11 h SW 1/4 SECTION 10 - KLENZ
WHEREAS, The Common Council has received a petltlon to
rezone 9.4 acres from RS2/0PD zoning to B2, and 5.4 acres from
RS2/0PD zoning to RSM (multi-family) zoning, and
WHEREAS, This land lies just east of the proposed rezoning
in the NW 1/11 and SW 1/4 Section 10.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommends to the Common Council to rezone the property from
RS2/0PD to B2/RSM as petitioned.
