PCR1987042RESOLUTION #P.C. 42-07 RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF REZONING NW 1/4 & SW 1/4 SECTION 10 - HYDRA PARTS WHEREAS, The Common Council has received a petition to rezone 10 acres from RS2 zoning to B2 zoning, and WHEREAS, This is an extension of an existing B2 zoning on the southeast corner of Janesville Road and Lannon Drive, and WHEREAS, The petition also includes the rezoning of 40 acres of land from RS2 zoning to RSM (multi-family) which encompasses the wooded area and abutting Muskego 15 acres parkland, and WHEREAS, The remaining approximately 35 to 40 acres would remain as RS2 zoning, and WHEREAS, The Common Council has also received a petition to rezone 9.4 acres from RS2-OPD zoning to 82 to the east of this property. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the Common Council to rezone the property in the NW 1/11 and SW 1/4 of Section 10 as petitioned.
