RESOLUTION #P.C. 41-87
WHEREAS, Future Parkland Development proposes to construct
a 3,352 square foot vehicular storage building with attached
office space as an accessory to an approved use, and
WHEREAS, This building is proposed to be constructed 240'
from Highway 45, and
WHEREAS, The exlsting building in the Immediate location is
or will be removed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the expansion of conditional use grant 1/96 to enable the
construction of a 3,352 square foot accessory building.
