RESOLUTION ~P.c. 39-87
CITY OWNED PROPERTY - FAIRFIELD DRIVE APPROVAL OF SKETCH - LAND DIVISION
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide two parcels from the city
owned land in the SW 1/4 Section 12 and abutting Fairfield Drive,
and
WHEREAS, One lot was recorded in 1983 and state statute 236
permits only four lots in five years, and
WHEREAS, The City had previously divided land on the former
Bluhm farm.
WHEREAS, A 60' strip of land has been reserved for future
road extension.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch for a two parcel division and will be receptive to a
certified survey map.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
$200.00 park dedication fee provided there is no conflict with
the land division ordinance.
