APPROVAL OF SIGN & LOGO
INSTRUMATICS, INC.
WHEREAS, It Is proposed to place a 45 square foot sign and
colored logo on the south end of the building located at S83
W18902 Saturn Drive, and
WHEREAS, This building is located in the 1-1 zoning
district that permits signs in accordance with the B-1 sign
regulations, and
WHEREAS, The zoning district limits the size of the sign to
3% of the wall area, and
WHEREAS, This sign would exceed 3% of the wall area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
architecturally approve the non-illuminated flat wall sign
subject to the Board of Appeals granting a variance from the 3%
wall area on which it is to be located.
