ACTOR
WHEREAS, We have been asked to place the request of
Lawrence Yaeger's parking of trucks at W207 S8050 Hillendale
Drive on the agenda, and
WHEREAS. The matter was referred to the City Attorney for
review, and
WHEREAS, We have received 19 petit
property owners stating that they had no
parking of trucks.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the
ions from the surrounding
objections to the
Plan Commission approve
the parking of trucks on this approximate 26 acre parcel of
undeveloped land at W2O7 58050 Hillendale Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a compromise permiting the
trucks to be parked for one year is approved to allow the Plan
Commission time to reestablish/review conditions.
