RESOLUTION #P.C. 35-87
APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
PAUL J. BRAUCH - SW 1/4 SECTION 3
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide land in the SW 1/11 of
Section 3 into four (4) parcels, and
WHEREAS, A previous sketch had been approved in Resolution
#P.C. 8-87, and
WHEREAS, These lots are now being sewered, and
WHEREAS, Parcel 4 is short 250 square feet of the required
30,000 square feet.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch and grant a variance of 250 square feet for Parcel 4.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission would be
receptive to a certified survey map for a four parcel division of
land in the SW 1/11 of Section 3.
