APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
AUDREY OSCHMANN - NE 1/4 SECTION 15
WHEREAS. A certified survey map has been submitted for a
division of land in the NE 1/4 Section 15, and
WHEREAS, The sketch has been approved in Resolution #P.c.
17-87, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map appears to conform to
that sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council conditioned upon receipt of the $200.00 park dedication
fee and all other fees required by Section 10 of the land
a division ordinance and the approval of the city engineers.
