APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE h OPERATION PLAN " -.
OLIVER J. MCCLURE - BLOCK #3, LOT #4 SATURN DRIVE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 40' X 80' vehicle
service facility to be located on Block #3, Lot #4 Saturn Drive
in the Muskego Industrial Park Addn #l, and
WHEREAS, The building will be constructed with partially
decorative concrete block along with painted steel walls above,
and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission must approve material other
than decorative masonry, and
WHEREAS, The plan shows the proposed landscaping and
asphalt paving.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building, site and operation plan for Block #3, Lot #4 Saturn
Drive for Oliver McClure as submitted with the exception of the
lighting and signage.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission is
receptive to the approval of the building, site and operation
plan for Block #3, Lot #4 Saturn Drive contingent upon submittal
and approval of a new south elevation plan.
