APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE FOR MOTHER-IN-LAW UNIT
RICHARD BRAAM470 W20099 ADRIAN DRIVE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a mother-in-law unit
on the property addressed above, and
WHEREAS, This use is permitted in a residential district
only by conditional use grant, and
WHEREAS, The public hearing was held on November ‘I, 1986.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission permit
the conditional use grant for Richard Braam at S70 W20099 Adrian
Drive with the following conditions:
1. That the architectural character is dominantly single
family in appearance.
2. That the second unit does not exceed 800 square feet in
floor area.
3. That one person in each unit is related to a person in
the other unit by blood, marriage or adoption.
