THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission permit the conditional use grant for Richard Braam at S70 W20099 Adrian Drive with the following conditions: 1. That the architectural character is dominantly single family in appearance. 2. That the second unit does not exceed 800 square feet in floor area. 3.
