APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE dr OPERATION PLAN
COAST TO COAST HARDWARE STORE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to use an existing 8' concrete area
immediately adjacent to the north side of the store located at
s75 W17301 Janesville Road for the outside storage of gardening
supplies etc., and
WHEREAS This outside storage is requested from April 15 to
June 15, 1987.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the outside storage for the Coast to Coast Hardware Store from
April 15 to June 15, 1987.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the temporary fence should be
of a decorative nature approved by the building department and
that 3' of sidewalk be used for walking and 5' for outside
storage.
