RON & JOAN HILBERT - S7'1 MI4797 LYNN DRIVE
APPROVAL OF 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct an 18' X 24' second
garage structure at S74 W14797 Lynn Drive, and
WHEREAS, This second garage structure is located at the
rear of the house and maintains the required offset.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the second garage structure for Ron & Joan Hilbert at S74 W14797
Lynn Drlve.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a 4' privet hedge be
established between the driveway and the neighbor's home to the
east on the lot line from the front of the home to the proposed
shed.
