WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 32' X 45' shed for
storage, and
WHEREAS, This lot is 3.835 acres, and
WHEREAS, This building will not exceed the 1% allowable of
the lot area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 32' x 45' building in the NE 1/11 Section 33 for Ed Differt
for storage.
