RICHARD BENNETT
APPROVAL OF SKETCH - LAND DIVISION
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide approximately three (3)
acres from an approximate 15 acre site, and
WHEREAS, The house, tavern, gunsmith, and restaurant will
remain on this three acre division.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch and would be receptive to a certified survey map.
BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend
that the Common Council review this sketch for approval.
