APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGN
FOAT BUILDERS - CAR WASH

WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in PC 19-87, approved a car
wash in the 8-2 zoning district at the southeast corner of
Janesville Road and Vine, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to locate a 4' X 8' temporary sign
on an existing for sale sign on the property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the temporary sign until a permanent sign has been submitted to
the Plan Commission for approval and the temporary sign* shall
not exceed six months for the car wash located at the southeast
corner or Janesville Road and Vine
