WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a pole type structure
on a five (5) acre plot in the SE 1/4 Section 12 - S76 W12723
McShane Drive, and
WHEREAS, Buildings exceeding 240 square feet are subject to
Plan Commission approval, and
WHEREAS, This building will not exceed 1% of the lot area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
