RECOMMENDING REZONING APPROVAL OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NE 1/4 SECTION 1 FROM RS2-OHS TO B2
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a strip mall shopping
Center on the former Small property west of Lincoln State Bank,
and
WHEREAS, This property is between two major roads, and
WHEREAS, This area is now zoned RS2-OHS (highway service
district), and
WHEREAS, B-2 (local service center district) is more
appropriate for this proposed use.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council that the entire RS2-OHS zoning be
changed to B-2 zoning.
