RECOMMENDING REZONING OF THE PROPERTY IN THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF JANESVILLE ROAD AND WOODLAND PLACE
FROM RS1, RSA, B4 TO RS2-OPD
KOSOBUCKI
WHEREAS, It is proposed to develop 47 lots, six (6) of
which will be duplex lots, and
WHEREAS, 22.02 acres would permit 48 living units plus 10%
allowable by the Plan Commission making a total of 53 units.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council to approve the petition to rezone
the property from RS1, RSA and B4 to RS2-OPD.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this recommendation is based
on the fact that no more than two duplexes be allowed and that
the road layout and design is subject to further review.
