PCR1987019APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE h OPERATION PLAN
FOR CAR WASH IN THE NW 1/4 SECTION 10
RESOLUTION #P.C. 19-87
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a six (6) bay
automobile car wash on the northeast corner of Vine and Highway
24, and
WHEREAS, This property was rezoned to B2 in Resolution I
#P.C. 20-86, and
WHEREAS, This building would be constructed with decorative
block and vinyl siding.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building, site and operation plan for Foat Builders to
construct a car wash in the NW 1/4 of Section 10.
BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED, That prior to the placemet of the
free standing sign a plan will be submitted to the Plan
Commission for approval.
