WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 39 square foot flat
wall sign on an existing building located at S82 W19362 Apollo
Drive, and
WHEREAS, This is a non-illuminated sign.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 39 square foot non-illuminated flat wall sign for the New
Berlin Company, S82 W19362 Apollo Drive.
