WHEREAS, Sewer is available to both parcel 1 and 2.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch for Audrey Oschmann in the NE 1/4 Section 15 to divide
a parcel of land and would be receptive to a certified survey
map.
