PCR1987016RECOMMEND APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS FOR LOT 16, BLOCK 2 BAYSHORE ESTATES RESOLUTION #P.C. 16-87 WHEREAS, It has been requested of the Common Council for legal lot status on lot 16, block 2 Bayshore Estates, and WHEREAS, The adjacent lot under the same ownership is basically the same size with a house located on it, and WHEREAS, This lot is zoned RS2, and WHEREAS, A summary of legal lots for the Bayshore area shows that 3 lots approved had 87% of the required width and 143% of the required area and that the two that were denied in Bayshore Hills had an average width of 82% and 72% of the required area. WHEREAS, The lot seeking legal lot status has an average width of 83.9', 76% of the required 110' and a lot area of 17,250', 86.2% of the required 20,000' and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission disapprove legal lot status for lot 16, block 2 approve/disapprove Bayshore Estates.
