W#ERE4S, It is proposed to develop outlot 2 in Lake
Brittany Estates, and
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat was approved by the Common
Council in August, 1979 for a 24 lot subdivision, and
WHEREAS, It is now proposed to develop a 25 lot subdivision
which still meets the density requirements of this RSA-OPD
zoning, and
WHEREAS, These are 90' X 140' to 160' lots that are
compatible with Lake Brittany Estates.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the revised sketch for Lake Brittany Estates Addn #1 as proposed
on sketch submitted by William C. Mortimore dated 1/27/87 and
would be receptive to a revised preliminary plat.
