WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a one (1) acre lot from
the George Reinke property, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned RS2 and this lot more than
meets the minimum requirements for that zoning district, and
WHEREAS, This lot is sewered.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch and would be receptive to a certified survey map for a
land division in the NW 1/4 Section 16 - Reinke.
