APPROVAL OF FREE STANDING SIGN
BRS. RLISS/ONDRICKA - S75 W17475 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, It is requested to erect a new free standing sign
at S75 W17475 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct the sign within the
setback area needing a variance from the Board of Appeals, and
carved sign mounted on an 8" X WHEREAS, This is an all wood
8" cedar post, and
WHEREAS, The bottom of the s ign will be approximately 7'
from the ground and the over all height of the sign is to be
approximately 12.4' above the ground.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
architecturally approve the 4' X 5' sign at S75 W17475 Janesville
Road.
