APPROVAL OF FREE STANDING SIGN
L & M AUTO - S73 W16582 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a sign at S73 W16582
Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, This area is zoned B-4, and
WHEREAS, This sign is 16 square feet and permitted in the
B-4 district, and
WHEREAS, This sign will be located 60' from the center line
of Highway 24.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the non-illuminated free standing sign at S73 W16582 Janesville
Road.
