WHEREAS, A 12' X 12' accessory building has been
constructed without the necessary permits, and
WHEREAS, Accessory buildings over 120 square feet must
conform to the offsets and setbacks and have Plan Commission
approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
architecturally approve this accessory building conditioned that
the variance in location be obtained from the Board of Appeals
