APPROVAL OF SKETCH IN THE SW 114 SECTION 3
PAUL J. BRAUCH
WHEREAS, A sketch has been proposed to divide a parcel into
five lots, and
WHEREAS, These lots are approximately 30,000 square feet in
area and generally conform to the zoning of this RS-1 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch subject to the lots obtaining sewers.
