W#$WEA%, A certified survey map has been submitted for a
division of land in the NE 1/11 of Section 9, and
WHEREAS, The sketch has been approved in Resolution f1P.C.
210-86, subject to a 60' right of way road dedication to the
City, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map appears to conform to
that sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council conditioned upon receipt of the $75.00 submittal fee,
$200.00 park dedication fee and subject to all other fees
required by Section 10 of the land division ordinance and
approval of the city engineers.
